● Vendor Capability & Qualification Surveys QA Asia advises and assists our clients with existing and potential vendors they have chosen or we assist our clients in sourcing alternate vendors to meet production objectives on a cost-plus fee basis. ● Vendor Process Control & Quality System Auditing QA Asia determines and implements applicable improvements in vendor’s incoming materials and quality control processes.

● Quality System Design & Implementation QA Asia provides clients with detailed quality control programs and implements these customized programs to meet our client’s specific production requirements.
		● Production Monitoring & Expediting QA Asia inspects manufacturer’s incoming materials and production lines at unscheduled and pre-determined intervals to ensure quality and on-time shipments. Written progress reports, with photos, are provided to clients upon completion of inspections. ● Inspection Criteria Preparation QA Asia prepares written (English) factory assessments and inspection protocols specific to methods and procedures utilized for onsite testing and inspection criteria for production output and goals.
